At JerseyPlugUK, we want customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of this Refund & Returns Policy.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect colour selection, or simply because you no longer want the item.

Please make sure you carefully check the product description, available sizes, colours, names, numbers and other options before placing your order.

2. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products are items ordered specifically in advance for the customer.

Once a pre-order has been placed and payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the item is being specifically ordered for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept requests to change the size, colour, player name, number, design or any other order details after the pre-order has been confirmed.

Please carefully check all details before completing your pre-order.

3. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for unwanted items, incorrect size choices or change-of-mind purchases.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and product options before placing their order.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

5. Order Details

Customers are responsible for providing the correct:

  • Name
  • Delivery address
  • Contact information
  • Size
  • Product
  • Player name and number, where applicable
  • Other customisation or order details

Once an order has been confirmed, we may be unable to make changes to the order.

6. Important Notice

Nothing in this policy affects or limits any legal rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection law. Where an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise covered by statutory consumer rights, those rights still apply.
